In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Malik, you'll learn how to make vegan dishes inspired by American fast food. As you cook, you'll learn tips for cooking without animal products to create delicious, indulgent dishes.
First, you'll make tacos filled with spicy tofu infused with Sriracha and topped with vegan cheese. Then, you'll toss up buffalo "wings" made with cauliflower and a variety of spices. For the main course, prepare vegan burgers with BBQ sauce and all the smoky flavor of real beef, and crispy French fries on the side.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
