Begin your lesson with a tasty Elote, or Mexican street corn. Next up, grill meat, vegetable or tofu fillings for homemade tacos and whip up a side of cilantro rice. Don't forget dessert, a flourless chocolate cake topped with ganache with a cayenne kick.
