Recreate an array of your favorite Chinese dishes in this immersive cooking class. You'll prepare a satisfying multi-course meal with Chef Kenneth covering everything from appetizers to dessert, with each creation given thoughtful gourmet touches.

After creating handmade potstickers with pork and leeks, you'll learn how to expertly steam Chilean sea bass and whip up a dish of tofu, onions, garlic, Chinese sauces and steam rice. For dessert, slice and dice a variety of melons to pair with tapioca and coconut milk.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
