The art of sushi is yours to discover in this exciting hands-on sushi-making class with Chef Timothy. Practice your knife skills, learn the secrets for the perfect rice and create your own handmade sushi rolls, all with his expert guidance.

Begin by preparing gyoza filled with your choice of pork or chicken. Then, following Japanese techniques from Chef Timothy, you'll advance to creating full-fledged sushi rolls, including rainbow rolls and Philadelphia rolls, expertly slice fish for nigiri and sashimi and even create sushi art roses.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
