You'll start by making onion pakoras made by frying onions with chickpea flour, served with green chutney. Prepare a hearty curry version featuring butter chicken with a fragrant sauce. For dessert, learn to create an Indian spin on a rice pudding flavored with luxurious saffron.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
