Start with rice paper spring rolls filled with cabbage, carrots, Thai basil and rice vermicelli, and make homemade red curry paste and peanut sauce with coconut milk. Then, learn how to expertly cook up a Thai red curry dish with pumpkin, peppers, Asian greens and more. Mangoes and sweet sticky rice come together for a sweet dessert.
