In this cooking class, Chef Shovan introduces you to the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine. With over 20 years of professional experience, Chef Shovan expertly guides you through the preparation of a delicious, spice-infused menu.

You’ll learn how to make crispy masala papad topped with fresh vegetables, perfectly roasted tandoori chicken with fragrant basmati rice and a cooling cucumber raita. To finish, you’ll whip up a sweet, comforting halva. Along the way, you’ll gain skills in blending spices and creating authentic Indian dishes from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With poppadom, cucumber, onion, tomato, lemon and cilantro

Tandoori Roast Chicken With Rice

With whole chicken, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, lemon juice and basmati rice

Cucumber Raita

With yogurt, cucumber, cumin seeds and salt

Halva

With semolina, raisins, sugar and water
