Chef Sean sets you up for success in this hands-on cooking class, where gourmet goodness is the order of the day. He'll show you how to assemble a menu of sophisticated flavors made using straightforward techniques.

Your lesson begins with whole grain salad featuring couscous, quinoa and garden-fresh vegetables. Then, you'll sear a tender filet mignon perfectly on the grill, served with a colossal prawn and whip up a creamy risotto with asparagus as a sumptuous side. For dessert, prepare a cheesecake using ice cream, cookies and fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
