Spring has sprung in this immersive cooking class, where you'll prepare a fresh, seasonal feast. You'll work alongside a top-rated chef to create a crisp salad featuring farm-fresh asparagus, roasted and served with prosciutto crisps and a fragrant thyme vinaigrette. Next, prepare an irresistible leek, Parmesan and ham quiche. Your final dish will be a French toast casserole, finished with a luxurious citrusy liqueur-infused maple syrup.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
