You'll create shrimp on sugar cane, a Vietnamese favorite and a mung bean noodle salad loved in Thailand. The flavor ramps up with Indonesian fried rice featuring chicken and vegetables before heading into sweet territory with a Filipino iced dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
