Discover the joys of authentic Southern specialties with a Big Easy twist in this fun and interactive cooking class. Start with sizzling salmon croquettes and a side of aromatic rice pilaf with vegetables and thyme. Your main entreé is a classic chicken and andouille sausage jambalaya prepared with cajun seasonings. Dessert is a sweet and decadent rum and cream bread pudding with white chocolate.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
