Sip your favorite wine while Chef Dock teaches you tips and tricks to turn your home into a Michelin-starred restaurant. In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the technique for making perfectly cooked steak and lobster by utilizing the revolutionary sous vide process.

Your class starts by assembling a caprese salad with vine-ripened tomatoes and fresh basil. Next is filet mignon accompanied with a mouthwatering crab-stuffed lobster tail, roasted Hasselback potatoes and grilled asparagus with lemon. End the evening by crafting a lemon-glazed strawberry shortcake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
