In this hands-on class with Chef Andrew, you will learn how to put the soul into soul food as you work your way through the preparation of a classic three-course Southern menu.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include an unbelievably moist and tender meatloaf with homemade mashed potato frosting as well as from-scratch macaroni and cheese. For dessert - a peach cobbler in a crispy-sweet egg roll with a fluffy cake center and a warm juicy peach pool party of a side of vanilla ice cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
