French cuisine is known for its decadent flavors, and now you can learn the techniques to craft these rich recipes. Chef Derrick will guide you through a luxurious menu in this engaging cooking class.

You will start by learning how to make a classic French onion soup with savory beef stock and creamy gruyère cheese. Then, you'll learn a French favorite, coq au vin — chicken and fresh vegetables braised in a bold red wine — and craft two vegetable-focused side dishes. An indulgent crème brûlée will be dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
