Then, you'll learn a French favorite, coq au vin — chicken and fresh vegetables braised in a bold red wine — and craft two vegetable-focused side dishes. An indulgent crème brûlée will be dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
