Start by pairing homemade tortilla chips with a mortar and pestle-prepared guacamole. Then, learn how to expertly cook steak for carne asada nestled into homemade tortillas with Monterey Jack cheese, cabbage and sour cream, and whip up a spicy tomatillo-jalapeño salsa and cilantro lime rice. For dessert, you'll fry crispy churros to dip in an indulgent caramelized milk sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
