Join the talented Italian ravioli master Chef Andrea for an incredibly impressive culinary experience.
In this hands-on class, Chef Andrea will teach you how to impress your family and friends at your next gathering with the skills acquired during this seasonal from-scratch ravioli-making class.
You will learn how to roll out a basic egg pasta dough, then use your dough to make two different types of ravioli using a pasta roller and a mold as well as making pinched ravioli that doesn't require a mold. At the end of class, you will be able to marvel and enjoy the beauty of scratch ravioli!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
