Practice and master the basics of pastry dough creating goodies both savory and sweet.

Get familiar with all things pastry in this hands-on cooking class focused on creating tantalizing baked goods. Master the art and science of puff pastry from scratch with Chef Ekta before putting your dough to good use.

Start by making puff pastry dough by rolling out layers of butter and flour mix. Once your dough forms, you'll craft a savory tomato and herb galette plus a sweet version sprinkled with stone fruits and compote. Next, is a yeast dough that you'll hand knead and form into cinnamon rolls and savory mushrooms rolls.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
