You'll learn time-honored techniques from the region essential for creating olives marinated with tangy citrus, goat cheese croquets topped with herbaceous cilantro sauce and at the center of the table, - a perfect paella peppered with chicken, mussels and chorizo. For the sweet finale, a traditional Seville-style flan as dessert.
