Guided by an esteemed chef, you'll start with a classic tom yum soup and pad see ew with soy sauce, broccoli and beef. Next, your main entrée is a Thai crying tiger steak with soy sauce, oyster sauce and fish sauce. Dessert is mango sticky rice with coconut milk and cinnamon.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
