Immerse yourself in a Spanish-themed cooking class as you learn the secrets behind paella and other classic Spanish dishes. Chef Tiff will guide you through each step with detailed instruction, teaching you the importance of traditional ingredients and techniques.
Begin with sautéed Kalamata olives, infused with red pepper flakes and cilantro, before preparing a rich and flavorful paella with chorizo, bomba rice and your choice of protein, all enhanced by saffron aioli and a blend of smoked and sweet paprika. Refresh your palate with a frisée salad, apples, roasted walnuts and sherry vinaigrette. Finish the evening with a traditional flan, made with eggs, sugar, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
