Learn the heritage behind Punjabi cuisine as you create your own immaculate spread in a hands-on cooking class. Chef Sumeet leads an informative session filled with the history behind these classic dishes while demonstrating how they're made.

You'll craft crispy samosas with a refreshing green chutney for dipping. Later learn the secrets and techniques to transform chickpeas and seasonings into a grand chana masala. Later, deep fry Indian bread to accompany the main meal. To end the feast with a bit of sweetness, a traditional Indian rice pudding dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
