Chef Timothy will take you on an exploratory adventure through Peru with this exciting cooking class. Bringing his heritage and many years as a top-rated chef, you'll learn his secrets to crafting exquisite cuisine with intricate flavors.
Start with a ceviche blending seafood and citrus with fresh herbs for immense flavor. The main course includes langosta asado a la Parrilla which is a lobster dish with chimichurri sauce and glaze of butter and herbs. Pair the main dish with a side of seafood infused rice and finish with a light and sweet soufflé topped with berries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
