In this fully hands-on class, Chef Andy will teach you how to bring impressive pasta dishes to life. He will begin with historical information on the differences between the pastas specific to each region in Italy. You will also get tips on how to incorporate local and sustainable ingredients.
The fun begins with making grilled bread topped with savory prosciutto and sweet honey. Then, Chef Andy will walk you through the process of creating your own pasta, which you will then pair with your choice of seasonal sauce. Once the dough is ready, you will transform your seemingly simple noodles into decadent meals to savor.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
