Begin with a raw gazpacho made from tomatoes, avocado and basil, followed by cucumber rolls filled with homemade vegan cashew cheese. For your entrée, learn how to make vegan pad Thai with zucchini, lime, lemongrass and homemade peanut sauce. To round out your meal, prepare a raw chocolate ice cream topped with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
