Begin by crafting crispy scallion pancakes for a homestyle Asian appetizer, and create twice-cooked ribs drizzled in a tangy, spicy pineapple glaze. Next, toss rice vermicelli noodles with fresh shiitake mushrooms, silky soy sauce, chopped tofu and a flavorful curry powder. Then, end by baking a galette with Asian spices and seasonal fruit for a sweet fusion dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
