During this interactive cooking and grilling experience, Chef Malik, a certified grill master, will teach you the secrets to making juicy and tasty BBQ classics from scratch.
You'll start with homemade grilled garlic bread and smoked clams with butter and fresh garlic. Then, learn expert techniques for smoking pork or beef ribs, glazing them with a honey BBQ sauce, herbs and a spice blend. You'll also prepare brown sugar and honey sweet potatoes and a side of corn steamed with Old Bay seasoning. For dessert, smoke pineapples with brown sugar and top with whipped cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
