Handcraft a handful of vibrant New American dishes in this engaging and interactive cooking class with Chef Kevin. Learn smart cooking techniques as you create recipes with fresh, incredible ingredients.

To start, you'll top slices of crispy French bread with tart strawberries and creamy goat cheese. Next, cook a stunning rack of lamb and a red wine reduction sauce, which you'll pair with fluffy couscous, broccolini and a fresh zucchini mint purée. Finish by baking up tartlets filled with lemon curd and topped with farm-fresh raspberries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
