In this team building cooking class, Chef Krong introduces Thai cuisine using traditional techniques and regional ingredients. The chef will travel to your team for a lesson in Thai cooking with a classic soup, bold sauces and sippable dessert.

Begin by mastering techniques for a popular appetizer enjoyed across Asia, egg drop soup. Next, prepare colorful, fresh spring rolls packed with chicken and vegetables and paired with savory peanut sauce and a vibrant sweet chili sauce. Finally, enjoy Thai iced tea with boba prepared by Chef Krong for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Menu

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
