Learn the fundamental techniques behind light and buttery brioche at this practical cooking class. Guided by the expert chef, you’ll make a laminated dough and use it as a base for a trio of recipes. Herbs and cheese are added to make delicious savory rolls, while brioche donuts and chocolate brioche babka hit the sweet spot.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
