In this interactive class, you'll learn all about the secrets to make pasta by hand.

If you've ever tried handmade pasta, you know it's vastly superior to the store-bought variety in both flavor and texture. But did you know that pasta consists of just two ingredients — eggs and flour — and that it's actually quite easy to make by hand?

During this hands-on pasta-making class, Chef Tess will share the techniques and knowledge on how to make superior handmade pasta. You'll start by tackling truffle oil and ricotta ravioli, then focus on linguine served with Bolognese, clams or carbonara. For dessert, discover the secrets to making cream puffs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
