Chef Luis invites you to take a trip across the Mediterranean without having to leave the kitchen. Begin your trip with Zatar spiced hummus paired with tart goat's cheese and hazelnuts before moving on to the main dishes. The main vegetarian dishes are the cumin-flavored roasted eggplant and the Mediterranean cauliflower, which is joined by mouth-watering roasted tomatoes and tangy feta cheese. For dessert, you're in for a treat with the Mahalabia rose water milk pudding which is a delectable blend of strawberries and pistachios.
