Discover how to make traditional Japanese gyoza dumplings completely from scratch, including whipping up the savory fillings such as pork and aromatic vegetables and wrapping them up in the thin dough before pan-frying to crispy perfection. You will also prepare accompanying dipping sauces, a savory miso soup and a Japanese rice dish with dashi, sake and seasonal vegetables.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
