The sunshine flavors of Jamaican cuisine are on the menu in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jasmine. Learn a bit about the region as you prepare a culinary festival of tropical tastes and textures.

The festivities get underway as you prepare classic dumplings made with cornmeal and sugar, and chicken infused with authentic jerk seasonings. Create a tangy ranch coleslaw with fresh cabbage and onions to serve on the side. For a decadent dessert, Chef Jasmine will teach you how to fry up peanut butter fritters with a honey glaze.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
