Your hands-on class begins with an iconic Italian classic: silky carbonara pasta with a simple egg and Pecorino cheese sauce. Next, you will move on to learning to expertly cook an impressive NY-style strip steak served with potatoes and truffle oil. Conclude with an airy dark chocolate mousse.
