This cooking class explores the culinary skills of Italy's flavor-filled landscape. You'll join a gourmet chef who will share tips for preparing several authentic recipes.
Start with seafood risotto with scallops, shrimp, peas, Parmesan cheese and basil. Next, serve Italian green beans with butter, breadcrumbs and even more Parmesan. Learn how to braise a pork shoulder in a hearty ragù and prepare brown butter pasta with sage. Dessert is a creamy vanilla bean panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
