Join Chef Erik for a hands-on cooking class where you’ll craft a gourmet coastal Italian feast inspired by the sun-drenched flavors of the Amalfi Coast. Prepare a delicious four-course menu with restaurant-caliber dishes you’ll recreate repeatedly at home.

Begin with a classic Caprese salad finished with fine olive oil and a balsamic reduction. Next, dive into the art of pasta-making as you prepare seafood fettuccine brimming with mussels, clams, prawns and cod. Then, sauté Chanterelle mushrooms for an elegant contorno, and complete your unforgettable culinary experience with affogato, rich espresso poured over vanilla bean gelato.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Caprese Salad
