In this class, you'll have the option to take a more hands-on approach or relax and enjoy the experience. For those who enjoy diving deeper into the dishes, we'll explore the history behind the ingredients and techniques. If you want to sharpen your skills, you can practice knife work, including small dice and chiffonade. Alternatively, if you prefer a more laid-back experience, feel free to sit back, relax and ask questions throughout. The menu features bright bruschetta with spicy Calabrian chilis, creamy pesto risotto, chicken Milanese with a contemporary twist and a beloved Italian dessert infused with bold espresso.
