In this cooking class, Chef Shahida will introduce you to flavors common to Thai cuisine and will teach you how to create traditional recipes as well as where to find local ingredients and how to use basic knife skills.
From lemongrass and ginger soup to basil fried rice and chicken satay with creamy peanut sauce, you'll learn the ins and outs of Thai cooking. For a sweet finish to the class, Chef Shahida will guide you through making a signature Thai dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
