In this hands-on cooking class, Chef John will introduce you to popular dishes from the streets of India featuring bold spices and regional ingredients signature of this diverse cuisine.

Begin with bhel puri, a tangy and spicy dish commonly found in Mumbai. Next, learn how to make hearty chickpea and potato samosas followed by creamy paneer in a spiced tomato sauce with peas and spinach. Finally, Chef John will guide you as you prepare proper potato curry with a homemade spice blend served with rice and traditional breads.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.
