Start the culinary venture by preparing fruit with a selection of Indian spice blends for an enticing fruit chat dish. For the main star of the menu, craft an indulgent and creamy palak paneer, a spinach-centered dish filled with vibrant and healthy vegetarian flavors. Add fresh naan to reve with. Finally, Indian-style vermicelli noodles for a dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
