Some of the recipes you can look forward to preparing on Chef Megan's four-course vegan menu include baba ghanoush, fresh pesto spiralized zucchini noodles, as well as vegetable burgers that are perfectly crispy on the outside, deliciously moist on the inside and packed with flavor all around!
