Gather your team with some friendly culinary competition with Chef Eric.

In this in-office team building experience, Chef Eric combines cooking tips and trivia with the thrill of competition as your team faces off to see who can make the best guacamole. Team members can select from a variety of ingredients to show off their creativity and ability to blend and balance flavors as they present their best dish.

The competition is followed by mingling over DIY tacos with non-alcoholic sangria with an option to provide your own wine. While your team enjoys the taco station, Chef Eric will share fun trivia and more guacamole-making tips.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Menu

All necessary utensils will be provided by the chef. The venue is required to have access to sinks nearby, tables set-up to prep and garbage containers. Chefs are able to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.

DIY Taco Station Lunch and Trivia

Prepared in advance

With corn tortillas, flour tortillas, choice of chicken or beef, fajita vegetables, salsa, cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce and tortilla chips

Virgin Sangria

BYOB red wine or white wine, optional
