Dive into the wonderful world of Italian cuisine in this fun and immersive cooking class. Led by the expert Chef Karen, you will master the art of cooking homemade Italian food from scratch. Learn how to make crispy arancini filled with a roasted tomato chutney. Then, create a homemade pasta dough to make your own fettuccini and ravioli paired with alfredo sauce. Plus, learn how to roast zucchini, squash and peppers as a side. Finally, finish the meal with a decadent tiramisu for dessert layered with lady fingers, coffee and mascarpone.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
