This hands-on cooking class blends age-old culinary traditions with the finesse of a gourmet chef. You’ll prepare classic recipes such as Tuscan braised chicken. Then, your instructor shares tips and techniques for elevating simple sides such as creamy Parmesan polenta and roasted balsamic green beans. Finish the meal with a zesty and refreshing frozen treat.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
