In this hands-on class, Chef Warren will teach you the fundamentals of Italian cuisine — including how to make pasta from scratch!
You will begin by making the pasta dough and then Chef Warren will give you tools to create two Italian pasta dishes. First, you will form your pasta dough into perfectly plump ravioli pockets. Then, you will create silky smooth ribbons of fettuccine. End by venturing to the sweet side of Italy and learning how to make a rustic cinnamon apple crostata with a divine pecan caramel sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
