Recreate the fresh, fabulous flavors of Thai cuisine in your own kitchen thanks to this exciting in-person cooking class. Chef Thaung Lin shares secrets and special techniques for crafting authentically delicious Thai dishes.

Your lesson starts with a refreshing green papaya salad and tempting tom yum soup seasoned with lemongrass and chilies. Then, create a creamy green chicken curry with aromatic basil and lime flavors and make a tapioca and jackfruit jelly dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
