Chef David is ready to help you explore the art of preparing a classic coq au vin. You'll develop the skills to prep, combine and whip creamy pomme purée, as well as perfectly blanche and sauté green beans almondine. Learn how to poach eggs for a fresh frisée and lardon salad, and end the meal with flakey palmiers.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
