Bring a refined spread of fine French cooking to your dinner table in this in-person cooking class from Chef Rahul. He'll demonstrate the techniques that turn simple ingredients into an artful menu that's sure to impress.

Your lesson beings with a classic chicken consommé and a chicken Niçoise salad topped with zesty Green Goddess dressing. Then, prepare a sirloin steak dressed with Bordelaise sauce and served with potatoes made three ways, plus molecular caviar. Finish your course with an authentic crème brûlée dessert, the sweetest ending French cuisine can offer!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
