Begin by making decadent lobster bisque complete with bits of tender lobster meat, and a fresh bistro salad with spinach, bacon and wonderfully tangy vinaigrette. Then, learn how to cook beef bourguignon, a quintessential French dish, stewed low and slow in red wine. For dessert, Chef Megan will show you how to make crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
