Gather your crew and join Chef Jimi for an engaging cooking class where you'll learn how to make several classic Italian dishes. Your team will be led through every step of the process as you prepare the meal together.
To begin, stew together fennel, eggplant and tomatoes into a hearty caponata, similar to the French ratatouille. Then, pick from your choice of entrée to prepare: Balsamic chicken with a Parmesan polenta, or a creamy mushroom risotto with chicken and Parmesan. For dessert, you'll prepare a lovely layered tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
